Pontotoc County Jailer Dies After Fall On the Ice

A Pontotoc County Jailer who was seriously injured after he slipped and fell on the ice during the ice storm at the beginning of February died Sunday. Kenneth Fowler hit his head, causing two brain bleeds and a hairline fracture in his skull. He had been in a medically induced coma since he fell.
