Pontotoc County Officer Involved Fatal Shooting

Pontotoc County Deputies attempted to stop a wanted felon when a chase ensued through Ada, followed by a standoff, and ended at the suspect’s mother’s home. Levi Gallegos reportedly fired at least eight shots at deputies before running inside. He did not hit anyone, and after a time, deputies discovered he had committed suicide.
