Powderly Man Indicted On Child Porn And Other Charges

A Lamar County grand jury indicted a Powderly man on child pornography and assault of a public servant charges. The alleged incident involving 50-year-old Jimmy Wayne Carr occurred in December when Carr was arrested for possession of child porn. He then punched and kicked a Lamar County Deputy. His bonds total $220,000.
