Power Outage Scams

Millions of people are in the dark, and now police are warning that some people are impersonating power company workers. Officials say there is no reason power workers need to get inside your home, be cautious. ERCOT says a scam is circulating on social media asking people to text their private account numbers, don’t do it. They don’t need your information to get the power back.
