PRMC Chief Urges Use Of Masks

Area health officials are growing increasingly concerned about the recent spike of COVID-19 in Lamar County. Dr. Amanda Green, Paris Regional Medical Center’s Chief Medical Officer, is quoted in the Paris News as urging residents to stay home if possible, keep a distance, keep your hands clean, and wear a mask. Wearing a mask is the one thing people can usually control, and there is proof it slows the spread of COVID-19 when everyone wears one.
