PRMC Discussing Acquisition Of McCurtain Memorial

The McCurtain Memorial Hospital Board of Directors has decided to enter due diligence discussions for a possible acquisition by Paris Regional Medical Center and its parent company RCCH HealthCare Partners. It is anticipated that McCurtain Memorial will continue to operate as a standalone facility but must achieve Critical Access Status. Under the current proposal, McCurtain Memorial will report through PRMC to the parent company RCCH Healthcare Partners.
