Probation Revoked for Sulphur Springs Man

A Sulphur Springs man on probation for unlawful possession of a firearm by a convicted felon has had that probation revoked. 21 year old Brandon Ray Timmons was sentenced to 3 years in prison. While on probation, he was arrested in December by the Special Crimes Unit for engaging in organized criminal activity.
