Problems For Many Texas Restaurants

The last several months have been rough for the restaurant industry in Texas. Next to California, Texas has the second most restaurants, and the pandemic and staff shortages stretched them thin. Emily Williams Knight is the President & CEO of the Texas Restaurant Association and says now they have to deal with inflation. But she says most restaurant industry employees are just tired.
