Procession for State Trooper Jeff Nichols

There will be an Emergency Vehicle procession leaving Fry and Gibbs Funeral Home at Noon Thursday to transport Trooper Jeff Nichols to the Lamar Avenue Church of Christ for memorial services. Any 1st Responders who wish to be involved need to be in official vehicles, (no privately owned vehicles; passenger cars, trucks) and stage on the south side parking lot of the PRMC South Campus. There will not be any procession after the service. Should anyone wish to pay their respects to the fallen Trooper along the way, the route of the procession will be from the funeral home down Clarksville Street, turning north onto SE 33rd to Lamar. Once on Lamar, the procession will turn east to NE 35th and turn into the church parking lot.
