Prosecutor Considering Charges For Hugo Officers

A Choctaw County prosecutor is reviewing an OSBI report to determine if two Hugo detectives who shot three children and a robbery suspect should face charges. District Attorney Mark Madoff says it will take him weeks to review the report and decide if detectives Billy Jenkins and Chad Allen committed crimes.
