Public School Gender Athletics Bill Now Law

The bill passed by the state legislature that prohibits transgender athletes in K-12 schools from participating in sports that align with their gender identity is now law. The law applies to students attending all public-school districts or open‑enrollment charter schools. As a result, students can now participate only in sports that align with their gender at birth.
