Punishment Phase Continues In Inmate’s Capital Murder Trial

The punishment phase of the capital murder trial of Telford Prison inmate Billy Joel Tracey continues this week with the defense resting its case. More psychological testimony will make up the remainder of the trial and the Bowie County jury should get the case by the end of the week. Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty.
