TSN- Doing puzzles is fun, and a new study from Texas A&M found that they’re also good for your brain. It suggests that older people who play word games have better memory and attention spans and process thoughts better than those who do not. Nearly six million people in the U.S. have dementia. They project that number to grow to about 14 million by 2060.
