Quinlan Man Jailed In Hopkins County

Sulphur Springs Police arrested a Quinlan teen after he was caught driving a stolen car on I-30. They also found 19-year -old John Michael Decker in possession of a quantity of methamphetamine. He was charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, Possession of more than one but less than four grams of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana. His bonds total $16,000.
