A former East Texas Law enforcement officer is being sought by Rains County deputies for allegedly stealing vehicles in Rains County and a fire truck in Quinlan. Investigators say John Wallace allegedly disposed of the vehicles in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area. Authorities say Wallace has been arrested several times since December on theft and drug offenses.
