Rangers Joining Search For East Texas Teen

Texas Rangers have joined the search for a young East Texas woman who has been missing for nine days. 18 year old Christina “Chrisi” Tarver was last seen about 1:30 a.m. on Oct. 10 at the Shelby County home she shared with her mother near Center. The mother, Larenda Murphy, told authorities she got a Facebook message three hours later saying her daughter had left with friends and was OK. Tarver has not been seen since.
