Reno’s Gene Ray Named Paris 4th Of July Parade Grand Marshal

Gene Ray, of Reno, has been named the Grand Marshal of the “Celebrate America” Paris Independence Day Parade. The parade begins at 10:00 am Thursday in downtown. Ray was chosen for the honor because of his dedication to the Red River Valley Veterans Memorial. In addition to all his work for the memorial, he donated $300,000.
