Report: Hamm To Plead Not Guilty

The Paris News is reporting that a Deport City Councilman charged with arson and other charges has waived his arraignment and will plead not guilty. The charges stem from an incident in October where Samuel Hamm allegedly poured gasoline on the Time Flies Restaurant in Paris and threatened to burn it down. He also allegedly threatened two men during the incident.
