The Paris News reported that The City Council approved several regulations governing food trucks within the city. Operators will be required to get a $50 annual permit, and have inspections by building officials, the fire department and health department. They will be allowed to operate on public and private property Monday through Thursday and Sunday from 7:30 am until 10:30 pm and on Friday and Saturday from 7:30 am until 11:00 pm.
