Reprieve For Collin County Death Row Inmate

The Texas Court of Criminal Appeals has halted the execution next month of a parolee convicted of killing a Collin County real estate agent 11 years ago. Kosoul Chanthakoummane (Chant-a-koo mahn knee) was scheduled to be put to death on July 19. He was condemned for killing Sarah Anne Walker of McKinney.
