Christopher Soloya, Jr

The Texas Department of Public Safety has added Christopher Soloya Jr., 30, to the Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offenders list, and a cash reward up to $3,000 is now being offered for information leading to his capture. Soloya, who is a Tango Blast Houstone gang member, is wanted for parole violation and failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements. All tips are guaranteed to be anonymous.

Soloya’s last known address was in Houston, and he has ties to the Houston area – particularly Pasadena. In June 2007, Soloya was arrested by the Houston Police Department after he burglarized the apartment of a woman with the intent to commit a sexual assault. He was convicted of burglary of habitation with the intent to commit other felony and served time in prison. In March 2015, Soloya was released on parole. For more information or updates in the event of his arrest, see his wanted bulletin at: http://dps.texas.gov/Texas10MostWanted/SexOffenderDetails.aspx?id=331.

Soloya is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs approximately 195 pounds. He has multiple tattoos on his neck, chest and arms, including the number 713 shaped as a star on his left hand. He may also be known as “Cacheton,” “Lil-Chris,” or “Lil-Shorty.”

Texas Crime Stoppers, which is funded by the Governor’s Criminal Justice Division, offers cash rewards to any person who provides information that leads to the arrest of one of the Texas 10 Most Wanted fugitives or sex offenders.

To be eligible for the cash rewards, tipsters must provide information to authorities using one of the five following methods:

All tips are anonymous – regardless of how they are submitted, and tipsters will be provided a tip number instead of using a name.

DPS investigators work with local law enforcement agencies to select fugitives for the Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive and Sex Offender lists. You can find the current lists – with photos – on the DPS website at http://www.dps.texas.gov/texas10mostwanted/.
