Rockwall School Bus Driver Arrested For Taking Improper Photos Of Students

Rockwall ISD fired a bus driver after his arrest for invasive visual recording. Rockwall Police were notified by the district about a complaint that 43-year-old Michael Paul Smith was using his personal electronic devices to take a video of female students as they boarded and exited the bus.
