Rusk AD Arrested

The new athletic director for Rusk ISD has been arrested for allegedly assaulting his wife. The wife of 40 year old Lloyd Homer Keel filed a complaint that was investigated by Rusk police officers. Keel was then arrested on warrants charging him with Unlawful Restraint and Assault-Family Violence. Keel was hired by the Rusk ISD in March.
