Santa Fe School Shooter Not Competent For Capital Murder Trial

A judge in Galveston has ruled that the teenager accused of fatally shooting ten people at Santa-Fe, Texas high school, is mentally incompetent to stand trial in February for capital murder. A judge ordered 17-year-old Dimitrios Pagourtzis to be committed to a state mental facility for up to four months. He’ll need to pass another competency review before standing trial.
