A Bryan County man, arrested two years ago for allegedly running a bogus construction company, faces federal charges. Investigators say Rusty Summit scammed over 40 people in four states out of more than a million dollars. He reportedly promised to construct metal buildings and required customers to pay in advance. The buildings were never built, and Summit reportedly used the money for gambling.
