SCU Investigation Leads To Sulphur Springs Man’s Arrest

After a lengthy investigation, a 36-year-old Sulphur Springs man was arrested by SCU officers after two methamphetamine buys were made. William Ray Cadle was charged with two counts of manufacture or delivery of between one and four grams of a controlled substance. No new bonds were set.
