Search For Fugitive Leads To Two Arrests

Hopkins County deputies looking for a wanted person at a Sulphur Springs residence found a stolen handgun on a table inside the home. They also located a clear plastic baggie containing suspected methamphetamine. 25 year old Jaspen Quayshawn DeBase was charged with Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, Theft of a Firearm and violation of parole. 21 year old Haylee Brooke Chester was charged with Theft of a Firearm and Possession of a Controlled Substance as well as a Dallas Warrant.
