Sears Retiring From Region D Water Planning Board

Region D Water Planning Board is beginning the search for a new chief administrator. Current Executive Director Walt Sears has announced he’ll be retiring  and told the Northeast Texas Municipal Water Group  they should be looking for a replacement as soon as possible.
