Seized Animals Awarded to SPCA

The SPCA of Texas has been awarded custody of 117 animals seized from an alleged puppy mill near Greenville. The owners of the dogs and cats voluntarily relinquished ownership of the animals. The animals have been receiving medical care and are being evaluated for adoption on a case by case basis.
