Senior Prank Heavily Damages North Texas High School Library

A senior prank at Tioga High School left the library in shambles. They permanently ruined books and damaged some furniture and fixtures. Superintendent Josh Ballinger said that while the district does not sanction pranks, they have informal guidelines for what is appropriate.
