Mitchell Wayne Petrea

The Eighth District Court sentenced Mitchell Wayne Petrea, 39, to 20 years. He pleaded guilty to Intoxicated Manslaughter after last August he pulled into the path of a dump truck on TX 19 at Birthright. The crash killed his wife. He had a history of DWI.
