Sentencing for Commerce Man In Injury to a Child Case Expected Tomorrow

A sentencing trial is expected to conclude tomorrow  for a Commerce man who pleaded guilty to injury to a child. 30-year-old Kody Potts was arrested by Reno police after a then 18-month-old child was taken to PRMC with severe injuries. Investigators say the child was covered with bruises. Potts faces a maximum of 2 years in prison. The baby made a full recovery.
