Sentencing Phase of Oklahoma Cop-Killer Trial

The sentencing phase in the trial of 47-year-old Nathan LeForce is underway, after he was found guilty of first- degree murder in the fatal shooting of Logan County Deputy David Wade. Wade was shot to death while serving an eviction notice at a home near Mulhall. Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty.
