Sex Offender Arrested Near School in Choctaw County

A registered sex offender has been arrested in Choctaw County for being within 500 feet of a school. 44-year-old Eual Rice of Boswell was arrested by Boswell police as he was leaving a home in the 800 block of North 7th street. Oklahoma law states sex offenders can live no closer than 2,000 feet from a school or be within 500 feet of a school at anytime. Rice was arrested earlier this year for the same crime.
