On Saturday night at 8:39, the Texarkana Texas Police Department (TTPD) responded to a shooting at an apartment complex on the 1400 block of Richmond Road. It was a dispute between neighbors that erupted into violence when a man pulled out a gun and fired it at the ground. The bullet ricocheted and struck two people. After shooting the gun, the shooter and another man assaulted one of the victims before fleeing the scene. They arrested Morgan Lanham, and police are looking for Dantray Copeland, 27, the alleged shooter.
El sábado por la noche a las 8:39, el Departamento de Policía de Texarkana, Texas (TTPD) respondió a un tiroteo en un complejo de apartamentos en la cuadra 1400 de Richmond Road.
