Shooting Under Investigation In DeKalb

DeKalb Police and Texas Rangers are investigating a shooting Thursday morning at 11:30. It occurred near Fulton Street near DeKalb’s museums in a residential area. DeKalb’s Mayor Lowell confirmed the shooting but did not have any information.
