Shreveport Police issued a regionwide alert for a murder suspect. They are accusing Richard Spencer of fatally shooting his girlfriend during an argument. Spencer was last driving a black 2010 Mazda 3 sedan with a loud exhaust and silver rims, Louisiana tags 271 DNC. He’s considered armed and dangerous and could be anywhere in the area.
