Six Kids Found In Deplorable Conditions

In Houston, a maintenance worker spotted a two-year-old girl, barefoot and filthy, by the pool and called 9-1-1. Officers found six children ages one to nine by themselves. The one-year-old was in a crib deprived of food and had resorted to eating his feces. The nine-year-old was filthy and infested with lice. CPS has the children, and the Police arrested Riccy Padilla-Hernandez, 28, and her roommate Yures Molina, 34, who had three children each.
