Sixth Appellate Court Denies Former DA’s Appeal

The Sixth Court of Appeals in Texarkana has denied the appeal of former Gregg County District Attorney Rob Foster, who was convicted of possession of cocaine and sentenced to ten years probation. The court ruled that Longview police had valid probable cause to search his vehicle, where they found the drugs used as evidence in the case.
