Skimmer Device Found At Sulphur Springs ATM

19 year old Moise Miclescu of Arlington and a female juvenile were arrested by Sulphur Springs police for Fraudulent Use of Identifying Information.  THey had allegedly attached a skimmer to an ATM machine in downtown Sulphur Springs and were attempting to  collect information from the cards people were using on the machine. City National Bank says only people who used the ATM at the Connally Street branch Thursday between 6:20am and 11am would have been affected, and all of those customers with a good phone number have been contacted by the bank.  If you used the ATM during that time frame and haven’t been called, Contact the bank at 903 – 885- 7523. Both suspects are believed to be Romanian nationals and are being held for ICE agents. Bond has been set at $1 million.
