A grand jury indicted Pct. 2. Smith County Constable Joshua Black for official oppression and prostitution. Both charges are misdemeanors. The prostitution indictment charges that Black offered money to a woman in exchange for sexual favors. The official oppression charge stems from an allegation that Black contributed to provide supervised visitation services to the woman in exchange for engaging in sexual conduct.
