Soon To Released Hopkins County Inmate Faces New Charges

A man about to be released from the Hopkins County jail has been arrested again for threatening law enforcement officers and their families. 24 year old James Andrew Mushonga of Sulphur Springs reportedly told the officers he knew where they lived and where their children went to school. He was charged with obstruction or retaliation and his new bond was set at $75,000.
