Southwest Airlines To Require Employee Vaccinations

Dallas-based Southwest Airlines announced Monday that its employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have the approval of a religious, medical, or disability exemption by December 8 to continue employment with the airline. The company says it determined that because they have contracts with the U.S. government, they must fully comply with President Biden’s federal vaccination mandate.
