Spring Break Fun At Daingerfield State Park

Daingerfield, TX – Where is the best place to come for Spring Break fun? Right here at Daingerfield State Park! We have a week full of fun family activities planned to start Saturday (Mar 10) through Saturday (Mar 17). There will be four rangers leading hikes along our trails ranging from easy for beginners to long for more experienced hikers.
Don’t forget to get in on a variety of wildlife programs and games, kayaking, and geocaching, among others. If history is what you like, try our Old Time Stories and Butter Making or Topography Hike that tells a little about the Civilian Conservation Corps too. Also, for night owls, experience nightlife in the park with one of our evening programs, including campfire stories, nighttime fishing, and even a karaoke dance! Wrapping up both weeks, join us for a dance and music from a vintage jukebox at our historic pavilion both Saturday evenings from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

Park entrance fees are $4 for adults with kids 12 and under always free. Senior Texans 65 or older will only pay $2 to enter the park daily with a Bluebonnet Pass. Unlimited park entrances for you and everyone in your vehicle comes with the purchase of a Texas State Park Annual Pass for $70 which is good for 12 months.

For more information, visit our website, Facebook page or call Daingerfield State Park’s Headquarters at 903-645-2921. Space may be limited so arrive early for the program of your choice.
