If you are a parent, you are aware of the STAAR testing at schools. Over 104,000 students were taking the test Tuesday when the online platform became unavailable for about 20 minutes while the program reset. It started at 11:15 am and ended around 11:35 am. The Texas Education Agency (TEA) says they are determining which school the outage affected. It impacted Longview, Lufkin, and Tyler and Lufkin says it was statewide.
