Staying Safe In The Heat

The heat continues this week. Protect yourself and others from the impact of the heat. Here are a few reminders on how to stay safe.

Be sure to continue practicing heat safety! Know the signs and symptoms of heat illness, limit your time outdoors, remain hydrated, and take frequent sun breaks when possible. Always “Look Before You Lock” and check the backseat for children!
