Sulphur Springs City Council Special Session Thursday

The Sulphur Springs City Council will meet in Special Session Thursday at 5:30.  The council will discuss the upcoming budget with department heads. The council will also discuss putting the tax rate on the council agendas for the September 1 and September 24 meetings. Public hearings on the tax rate will also be held on those dates.
