Sulphur Springs City Council To Meet

The Sulphur Springs City Council will meet in Special Session tomorrow night. The council will hold the second and final reading of ordinances setting the tax rate, water rate, sanitation rate and sewer rate. The council will also set the fees for the Community Development Department and discuss the budget of the Economic Development Corporation.
