Sulphur Springs Council Meets About Unsafe Building

The Sulphur Springs City Council met in Emergency Session Saturday because a building on the corner of Main and Gilmer began buckling and the building is unsafe. As a result, the street between Gilmer and Tomlinson has been closed. The sidewalk is also closed and parking is prohibited. The gift shop adjacent to the store was unaffected and will remain open.
