Sulphur Springs Disturbance Leads Felony Arrest

A Sulphur Springs woman was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant after officers responded to a disturbance at an apartment on Moore Street. Carlotta Fiona Noyes Davis was charged with Credit Card Abuse of an Elderly Person.
